About
Dr. Kain's research interests have focused primarily on South Asian literatures in translation, broader issues of postcolonial and globalization studies involving the dynamics of East-West interactions and, more recently, Silk Road studies. He is a full professor of Humanities and Communication and has been the Director of the Daytona Beach campus's Honors Program since its inception in 2002. He has published more than 40 peer-reviewed works in the US, China, India, and Germany.
