James Marion is the Program Chair and Assistant Professor in the Master of Science in Engineering Management Program in the Department of Management Sciences for Embry‑Riddle Aeronautical University Worldwide.He has been teaching since 2009 for Embry‑Riddle in the Master of Science in Project Management Program, and became Chair of the MS in Engineering Management Program in 2013.His research interests include the management of innovation and the product development lifecycle, global virtual teams, project execution. He has been managing organizations and projects in the field of wireless telecommunications for over 20 years including executive management positions with global companies. His experience includes multiple product launches in the US, Europe, and Asia, and significant experience with Japanese companies. He was selected to attend Panasonic's Senior Executive Development Program in Osaka Japan in 2002.
