About
My primary research involves numerical modeling of acoustic and gravity waves in the mesosphere and lower thermosphere (MLT). My work emphasizes tropospherically forced waves, which provide important dynamical coupling between atmospheric regions. We also study the observable signatures of waves as they perturb the MLT-region airglow layers and the ionosphere, which provide key diagnostics of their sources and potential impacts.
