Research output: Contribution to conferencePresentation

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to investigate the applicability of usability methods in evaluating aviation maintenance documentation and to document the types of errors found. A diverse set of participants were recruited to participate in the evaluations in order to document how experience and training affect error detection. The results are similar to the findings of usability testing software and web design--system experts and users identify unique errors and roadblocks.
