Abstract
This series of annual reports has been produced by the Air Transport Research Society ( www.atrsworld.org ) since 2002. The reports measure and compare performance of several aspects of airport operation, such as productivity and efficiency; unit costs and unit competitiveness; financial results; and airport charges. The latest edition consulted, 2018, includes data on 205 airports and 24 airport groups/authorities. The report team consists of researchers from around the world, headed by the research director, Chunyan Yu, professor at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
