Abstract

Three elements for creating amazing leaders are: passion to effect change, mentorship, and opportunity. The objective of this alternative format session is to promote the development of future leaders in human factors and ergonomics. The session will be organized as a miniworkshop where attendees participate in break-out groups involving various interactive exercises targeting each of the above three elements. Attendees will gain actionable knowledge they can use immediately to develop and apply their leadership skills.
