Abstract

The subdiscipline of training within industrial/organizational psychology is rich with issues for research and application. One need only examine recent review articles to obtain a feel for just how broad the topic area is. This chapter focuses on a small piece of the domain, and encourage’s readers to think of human performance in training from new perspectives.
