Abstract
As academic libraries are increasingly being asked to provide services for distance learners, there are many questions about best practices. How does a library provide services and resources to distance learners that are
equivalent to those offered to residential students? Three librarians from the Hunt Library at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) will offer some answers based on over three decades of experience providing library
services to distance learners.
